Raymond Tatti

Raymond Joseph Tatti, 85, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Sunday, July 19, 2026. Born on May 6, 1941, in Manhattan, Ray was the beloved son of the late Laure and Anne Magnifico Tatti.

He grew up in Washington Heights and attended Regis High School. Ray graduated from Manhattan College in the Bronx in 1963. He enjoyed a long career first as a computer programmer and then a management consultant serving the insurance industry. Ray was passionate about food, travel and sports. But his greatest joy was his family and he made friends wherever he went for his entire life.

Ray is survived by his loving wife of over 61 years, Marie Ford Tatti of Stamford, along with their children, sons Christopher Tatti (Regina McLean) of Port Washington, NY, and Raymond Tatti (Luiza Lacerda) of Queens, NY and their daughter, Anne Tatti (Gregg Greenberg) of Westport. Raymond is also survived by his 3 cherished grandchildren Finn Tatti, Stella Greenberg, and Catherine Greenberg. Besides his parents, Raymond was predeceased by his sister Lorraine Gillen.

A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11:00AM, on Friday, July 24, 2026, at St. Bridget of Ireland Church, 278 Strawberry Hill Ave., in Stamford.
