Richard Agonis

Richard J. Agonis, 69, passed away peacefully after a long illness, his wife was by his side, at the Calvary Hospital of Bronx, New York, on August 26th, 2013.Born on August 6, 1944 to the late John J. and Helena E. Matejek Agonis in Bridgeport, CT.
Richard was a retired branch manager of the First County Bank. Richard also served during the Vietnam War for the United States Marine Core.
He is survived by his loving wife Pamela Cummings-Agonis of CT, his sister Alice Leenie of FL, and his brother John Agonis of TN.
A memorial service is scheduled for Friday, October 4th, 2013 at the Stanwich Congregational Church, 237 Taconic Rd Greenwich, CT 06831 at 2:30PM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Cancer Society, 825 Brook Street, 1-91 Tech Ctr. Rocky Hill, CT 06067.
