Richard Pitassi

Richard Pitassi,76, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 7, 2026. Richard was born in White Plains, New York, on January 19, 1950, son of the late Frank and Laura Tiburzi Pitassi.Richard is survived by his two sons, Nicholas Pitassi (Stephanie) of Trumbull and John Pitassi of Milford. He is also survived by his brother Frank Pitassi, Jr., (Kassie) of Maine, and a sister Anne Wernert (Bruce) of Greenwich, along with a granddaughter Mia Pitassi.Besides his parents Richard was predeceased by his beloved wife Anne Marie Strazza Pitassi.

Family and friends may visit the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Ave., Stamford, CT on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, from 4:00PM to 7:00PM. Interment will be privately held at later date.
