Robert “Bobby” Perna, 55, a lifelong Stamford resident, passed away suddenly on Friday, November 3, 2023. Bobby was born in Stamford on February 26, 1968, to Jeanne Mary DePalma Perna and the late Anthony John Perna.
Bobby was a beloved son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend to many. He was always good for laugh or a joke; a one-of-a-kind personality and a truly unforgettable character. There will never be another. Nobody can take your place.
Bobby is survived by his mother Jeanne Perna, his sisters Lisa Longo and Julie Perna, his nieces, and nephews; Lindsey Longo, Jason Longo and Jamie Longo, his great niece and nephew Jagger and Mila Rose, all of Stamford, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Family and friends may call at the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford, CT on Friday, November 10, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with a prayer service to be held at 6:30 PM. Interment will be private.
