Ruth R. Bouton, 83, a resident of Stamford and Florida passed away peacefully at home on Monday, November 18, 2013. She was born in Stamford on January 15, 1930 to the late Clarence “Dutch” and Mabel Burr Bouton.
Ruth was an avid sports enthusiast who played Second Base with the Stamford Nutmeg Softball Team from 1941-1951.
She is survived by her loving nieces Cindy Stramandinoli, Deborah Procaccini, Marianne Sileo and a nephew Robert Bouton, together with many great nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Ruth was predeceased by her brother Edward Bouton and her sister in law Lorraine Spenard Bouton.
