Simone Parisi

Simone Parisi, 84, of Stamford passed away on Thursday, Sept. 20, 2007.
Born in Italy August 26, 1923, he was the son of the late Natale and Marianna Modugno Parisi.
Mr. Parisi, who was a Stamford resident for the past 23 years, was employed in the Maintenance Department for TWA Airlines, until his retirement.
Survivors include his wife, Rosa Marchetti Parisi of Stamford; and a son, Natale Parisi and his wife Maria of Ridgefield. Five grandchildren also survive.
Friends may call at the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Ave., Stamford, on Sunday, Sept. 23 from 3-7 PM and Monday Sept. 24 from 4-8 PM.
A Requiem Mass will be offered on Tues. Sept. 25, 2007 at 10:00AM at Christ the King Church, 209 Tackora Trail Ridgefield, CT. All family and friends are asked to meet directly at the Church Tues. Morning for the Funeral Mass. Interment will follow at St. Marys Cemetery, Ridgefield, CT. www.cognetta.com
