Stavroula Moshovitis

Stavroula Moshovitis, 90, passed away on Monday May 8, 2006 at Courtland Gardens Health Care Center in Stamford. Born on October 5, 1915 in Greece, she was the daughter of the late Dionisius and Trisevgeni Oikonomakis Petrakis.
She was a member of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in Stamford.
She is survived by her three sons, Peter, Dennis, and Teddy Moshovitis all of Stamford; a sister, Olga Brousales of New York City; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Sarantos Moshovitis; a brother, Nicholas Petrakis; and a sister Freda Rassias.
A funeral procession will be leaving the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford, at 9:20 AM on Wednesday May 10, 2006, and proceed to the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 1230 Newfield Avenue, Stamford, where a funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM. Interment will then follow at Woodland Cemetery, Stamford. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday May 9, 2006, from 5:00 8:00 PM with a Trisagion service at 7:00 PM with the Rev.
