Sylvia Ardise
June 2, 1925 — February 4, 2017
Sylvia Ardise, 91, formerly of Stamford passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at St. Joseph’s Center, Trumbull. She was born in Stamford on June 2, 1925 to the late Gaetano and Rosalie Quaranta Preziosi.
Sylvia is survived by her loving son Thomas P. Ardise and his wife Rosemarie of Monroe and two grandchildren Jessica Ardise-Neumahr and Rachel Ardise.
Besides her parents, Sylvia was predeceased her brother Alfred Preziosi.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, February 9, 2017 at St. Maurice RC Church, 358 Glenbrook Road, Stamford at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Fairfield Memorial Park, Oaklawn Avenue, Stamford. There will be no calling hours.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Sylvia’s memory to the American Cancer Society, CT Chapter, 38 Richards Avenue, Norwalk, CT 06854
