Theresa Terry Lombardo

Theresa �"Terry Lombardo, 77, passed away suddenly on Thursday, January 18, 2007 at Bridgeport Hospital, after surgical complications. Born January 5, 1930 in Stamford, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Maria Giordano Angelastro.
Terry was employed as a hairdresser with various salons and was a volunteer for AmeriCares Covenant House in Stamford. She was also an active member and volunteer at St. Bridget of Ireland RC Church and an avid bowler.
She is survived by a daughter, Linda Ciccone and her husband Rick; and their children, Christopher and Marisa of Ashburn, VA; two sons, Dominick Lombardo and his wife, Marilyn; and their children, Matthew and Daniel of Brookfield, CT; and Rich Lombardo of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; and his former wife Terry; and their child, Nicole of Greenwich, CT; two sisters, Irene Cognetta and Lucy Monteleone, both of Stamford, CT; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Ralph Lombardo; and four brothers, Jerry, Frank, Vincent and Sam Angelastro.
A funeral procession will be leaving the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford, at 9:20 AM on Monday, January 22, 2007 and proceed to St. Bridget of Ireland RC Church, 278 Strawberry Hill Avenue, Stamford, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Fairfield Memorial Park Cemetery, Stamford. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday, January 21, 2007 from 3:00 7:00 PM.
