Therese Werner

Therese Werner, 98 of Stamford, CT. passed away peacefully at her home, on Saturday July 6, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. Therese was born on February 1, 1926, in Switzerland to the late Alfred Magnin and Delphine Gremaud.
A loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin, and friend. Therese is survived by her son, Peter Werner and her daughter Diana Spinozzi and her husband Joseph, as well as her five grandchildren Nicole Werner, Alyssa Werner, Scott Sonnenburg, Victoria Bogen and Kara Sonnenburg.
Therese arrived in the United States in 1956 and soon thereafter met her husband, George and started her family. Therese was most happy being active in her garden, admiring the beautiful flowers and fruits she worked so hard on, preparing memorable fruit preserves for her family, baking, and planning amazing meals. She was always happiest when doting over her family where she sat lovingly as the matriarch.
Besides her parents, Therese is predeceased by her husband George Werner.
There will be no calling hours and interment will be private.
