Thomas Avridor

It is with profound sadness that we announce, Thomas Avridor, 86, formerly of Stamford, CT, passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, October 9, 2023 after a long illness. Thomas was born in Larock, Cayes, Haiti on June 20, 1937. Thomas was a teacher, an avid mechanic and a hotel manager before migrating to the U.S. After settling in Stamford, CT, he worked as a school bus driver in Greenwich, CT. He was passionate about formal education and loved philosophy. A devout Bible believer, he was a member of the French Speaking Baptist Church in Stamford, CT, for over 35 years. Family and friends may join us for a celebration of life service from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM officiating by Dr. Rev. Emmanuel St. Juste at the French Speaking Baptist Church, 28 Adams Ave in Stamford. Interment will follow at Woodland Cemetery, Woodland Place, Stamford, CT.
