Thomas E. Doolittle, 79, of Stamford passed away on Friday, August 7, 2009. He was born on January 13, 1930, in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Thomas was a 1952 graduate of Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota, where he received a Degree in Business. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict from 1952 �" 1956. He was stationed in Sendai, Japan, and was ranked as Sergeant.
Thomas is survived by his wife, Patricia M. Doolittle; his daughter, Pamela Tarr; his three sons, Tim, Brad and Brian Doolittle; and eight grandchildren.
There will be no calling hours and interment will be private. The Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford, is handling the arrangements.
