Victoria Paluszek

Victoria (Calarco) Paluszek, 85 of Macungie, PA, died peacefully on November 6, 2009 in Lehigh Valley Hospice, Allentown. She was married to the late Adam T. Paluszek. She was born in Port Chester, NY daughter of the late Genaro and Angelina Calarco.
She was an administrative assistant for IBM in White Plains, NY for 20 years and enjoyed traveling. She had been a resident in Rye, NY from 1965 to 1998 and retired in Lady Lakes, FL , where she lived from 1998 to 2008, and later moved to Macungie to be close to her daughter. She was a member of the Assumption BVM Catholic Church of Colesville.
She is survived by her daughter, Barbara J. Paluszek of Macungie, PA; her sons, Michael Paluszek and his wife Marilyn Ham of Princeton, NJ, and Stephen Paluszek and his wife Beth of Norfolk, VA; her sisters, Josephine Aulenti of Stamford, CT, and Angie Elkin and her husband Bob of San Diego, CA; her brother, Ned Calarco and his wife Antoinette of Boynton Beach, FL; her grandchildren, Chris Paluszek of Los Angeles, CA, Lizzy and Matt Paluszek of Norfolk, VA and Eric Ham of Princeton, NJ. She was predeceased by her daughter Anne in 1983 and her brothers John, Sal and Joe Calarco.
The Funeral Procession will be leaving the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home and Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford, CT on Thursday, November 12th at 10:20 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Clement Catholic Church in Stamford, CT at 11:00 AM. Friends may call on Wednesday, November 11th, from 6:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home. Entombment with be at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Rye Brook, NY.
