Debra Ann Pandone, 58, a lifelong resident of Stamford passed away peacefully at the Stamford Hospital on June 3, 2022. Debra was born on July 21, 1963, daughter of the late Joseph Patrick Tomczyk and Lucille Grace Loglisci.
John graduated from Stamford High School in 1974. He was employed with the City of Stamford for over 30 years.
Debbie graduated from Rippowam High School in 1981 and Katharine Gibbs College. She worked at D.W. Van Dyke & Company for over 30 years.
John and Debbie were known for enjoying the simple things in life, such as their family and friends as well as baseball. They loved watching their son Anthony as he developed his game from Little League through High School. Their favorite team was the Yankees. John always enjoyed talking about baseball (whether it was an update on Anthony or how the Yankees were doing) while visiting his second home at Belltown Superette. It was his love of baseball that started his involvement with the Stamford Youth Umpires. John and Debbie also obtained great joy from watching their daughter Tori perform. Whether it was going from one dance competition to another or heading to cheerleading, watching her just made them smile from ear to ear.
While their passing is incredibly difficult to bear, John and Debbie are no longer suffering from any illness and we can only trust that they will rest together in eternal peace & may God bless them.
Mr.& Mrs. Pandone are survived by their loving children Anthony and Tori Pandone both of Stamford. Debra is survived by her siblings, Joseph Tomczyk Jr., of Stamford, Mary-Jo Amato of Darien, and Mark Tomczyk of Stamford along with nieces and nephews and their canine companion “Cash”. John is also survived by his cousin, who was more like a sister to him, Rose Marie Gallace.
